We all hate missing a vacation! But losing money paid for that vacation is more heartbreaking. Travel insurance is important because you are essentially covering yourself against risks such as lost or stolen luggage, cancellation coverage and most important is unexpected medical expenses while traveling. Travel Insurance MUST be purchased within ten (10) days of deposit.

Fantom Travel Group will try to match you with a roommate. When completing your Getting to Know You (GTKY) form, select double occupancy. You will be matched with a roommate once you have paid at least 50% of the balance of your trip and provided the person you will be matched with has also paid at least 50% of his/her balance.

All payments are NON REFUNDABLE and/or NON-TRANSFERRABLE. You must file a claim with International Health & Travel Medical Insurance Plans - IMG for refunds.

Your passport must be valid and remain valid for at least six (6) months after travel. Your passport should not expire before August 14, 2027. A copy of your passport must be submitted with your Getting ToKnow You (GTKY) form.

Smart Travel Enrollment Program (STEP) is operated by the US Department of State. You must register for this program as it is helpful in assisting the local embassy to reach you in case of an emergency. To register, visit Smart Traveler Enrollment Program.

The land portion is $5589 per person based on double occupancy; single lodging is $6649. Flights are estimated at $2000 round trip.

A cancellation policy is inclusive of your travel insurance plan if opt for.  All
deposits and/or payments to Fantom Travel Group are non-refundable and non-
transferable. You must file a claim with the insurance company if needed.

The airline for this trip is United Airlines. The departure and return airport is
Washington Dulles International Airport. However, other travel options are
available.

Airline tickets will be purchased on or about Thursday, October 15, 2026. All
prices are subject to change until payment is received and flights are secured.

The availability for this Ghana trip is based on ten (10) people. With less than ten

Flight payments are due immediately. Final payment for the land portion is due
